    No matter how many achievements i get they are not being added to my reward count why is this .

    Missing XBox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards

    I can see the credits have been added to my XBox Live Rewards account not the Microsoft Rewards account. I assume these will be moved over on switch day?

    My xbox live rewards credits are not being added to my account. According to the rewards page my region is set to singapore but this is not the case. Is there a way to fix this?

    Achievements only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them. The offers usually involve purchasing a game that is specific to the offer and earning a set number of achievements in that game.

    You are in one showing a message from Xbox that's on the Thursday, and then you show a rewards credit added to your account, but that's not the same as the Xbox gift, all rewards balance appears as refunds, that's normal

    The triple play reward will be added to your Live Reward pending points (in the reward section) sometimes early May and will be credited to your Xbox Live account within a period of 45 business days afterwards.

    If you redeem for Credit then this will be automatically added to the account you are signed up for Rewards with. Dont think you are going to get a code to put into any Xbox.

    You need to be using the same accounts on Xbox and Rewards
