Credits just vanished

About a month ago I checked my rewards credits. I had an equivalent to 23 dollars. Today I checked and there were 0. There is no reports of a withdrawal. Did I just lose 23 dollars? I really want this money.

Lost reward credits?

yesterday I had 4,500 reward credits and now I only have 3,000 my survey credits have vanished. Any way I could get those back?

if it was about a month ago then they should have been deposited. Your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the site should list a deposit date. You can double check for the deposit in your account by checking your returns at Web Server's Default Page

We see that your lifetime Credit amount is 5950, and your most recent deposit of all available Credits occurred on May 10th of 1850 (1.85 USD). Therefore, it would have been impossible for you to have had 23 dollars. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards,
then that is a separate program, and you would have to contact their team for support via their website. We can confirm seeing a deposit of 1.85 on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where
it is listed as a refund with a negative amount.

When a credit card is charged, a test charge is made first, and then the transaction finalized. You will see it vanish in a few days

I know what you mean I have had over half my chips just vanish from 1 log in to another even and no Heat Tournaments either with no answers. I think they should just credit everyone with like 5 million chips to offest all the troubles.
