    Credits for Ghost Recon


    Hello, I have recently received an Email about the potential earning of 10,000 Credits when purchasing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands. It had stated that the game must be purchased in the Store, as well as be purchased by March 21.

    (Purchased in the Store on March 8) Yet, when I was checking my Rewards Program dashboard. It stated that I still have a 0 balance (to which I thought okay it takes a bit to refresh). Then while scrolling down in the dashboard it says Pending and still no
    pending transactions.

    My issue/problem is will I ever be credited these points? If so, do I have to wait for the Offer end date?

    Which items are eligible for this offer?

    To qualify for this offer, you must order a hard-copy disc of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands for Xbox One from MicrosoftStore.com during
    the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard Edition: 10,000 Rewards Credits

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition: 15,000 Rewards Credits



    Since your purchase was made digitally, it was not eligible for that offer. The Credit event on your account is from the Simply Rewarding (the $60 offer) completion, not from the Ghost Recon offer. Those Credits were placed as pending on March 10th,
    and deposited on March 29th.

    Credits for Ghost Recon

    There is a current glitch on the site that has removed all stats from everyone, so it wouldn't show anything pending at the moment because of that. However, it would still be too early to see credits pending for that offer. The credits for that offer should
    be shown as pending about 15 days after the game ships. Since the offer just started on the 7th, it would be too early to see the credits pending.
