    Credits for FrankenRewards mission are missing


    I completed all of the levels for the FrankenRewards mission, but I've only received 1,000 credits for the Level 2 completion instead of the 2,000 credits, and I haven't received credits for any of the other levels. Can someone please look into this for
    me? Thank you!

    Credits for FrankenRewards mission are missing

    I completed all of the levels for the FrankenRewards mission, but I've only received 1,000 credits for the Level 2 completion instead of the 2,000 credits, and I haven't received credits for any of the other levels. I purchased How To Survive: Storm Warning
    Edition ($4), Days Gone By (The Walking Dead Episode, $2.99), Guts (The Walking Dead Episode, $2.99), How To Survive 2 ($4.95), Dead Rising 4 ($16), and State of Decay ($9.90). My purchases totaled up: 4+2.99+2.99+4.95+16+9.90= $40.83. I also purchased the
    Freak Head ($1) and Frankenstein Hat ($1). I completed 5 Achievements as well. Don't I qualify? Can someone please look into this for me? Thank you!

    Half of your purchases were made on November 1st, after this offer was over. Please note that as stated in our FAQ, we are based off the GMT time zone. While we do allow some padding to this time frame to still accommodate users, your purchases were still

    We only see roughly 30 USD of eligible spending in the month of October from your purchases of How to Survive 2, Dead Rising 4, and State of Decay. Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ, only game purchases are listed as eligible, not add-ons or DLC. Since
    the minimum requirement for that offer was 40 USD, you did not complete that offer. Since you must complete the games or video purchasing offer before you can progress on the achievement offer, you did not complete that offer either.
