Credits for FIFA2017

I bought Fifa 2017 from the Xbox Store back in October, but I still haven't received any credits.

I am totally new in Xbox one. how can i download the game and do i have to burn it on a dvd?

Q is simple. i'm new and don't know anythinjg about Xbox one.

how to install the system to play quickly as possible.

How to download FIFA2017 with code for a friend of mine?

do i have to burn a dvd of the game?

there was no dvd in package only card with code.

please help me started pls.

help for starting FIFA 2017

Good morning, my name is Beppe Varotto from Italy. Last week I buyed

xboxone with FIFA 2017 included in local MEDIAWORLD (07 February 2017 -

PADOVA - Italy). This is my first experience with this product. I buyed

it for my son. I enter code (25 caracter) in EA-ACCESS, but FIFA2017 is

not available. I inform you that my son and I are interesting to FIFA

2017 and not other. I haven't read clear instructions about the

possibility. So I need your help to play FIFA 2017.

If you purchased it after the release date on September 27th then it should have applied toward your MyVip progress for the month of October. If you had at least 1 star MyVip it would have been calculated on October 31st and deposited in your account around
November 15th. You can review your deposits here:
www.commerce.microsoft.com

The reward team will review your account and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply to threads. They do not work weekends.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Furthermore, MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member at the time of your purchase, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). However, your purchases did complee
the SImply Rewarding offer, and those Credits are pending in your account. Your purchase of The Witcher did go to the Warrior Rewards offer, but did not make the minimum spending requirement for that offer, and therefore did not complete it.

We see that you received your deposit in the mid-month deposit cycle that occurred yesterday. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits
to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

Hi frankenchimp. You have 105,626 Lifetime Credits, which all have been deposited to your Microsoft account. The last deposit was made on December 13th. As Smwutches says, you can see your Credits history in your Statement on your MyRewards page. You can
verify your deposits at http://commerce.microsoft.com. They will be listed as refunds.
