    Credits don’t show on siege.


    My names evan, I have recently bought an online siege credits card and redeemed it. The transaction went smooth nothing went wrong but when I go to check my balance it remained the same, I’ve tried restarting my game signing out and back in i’ve contacted microsoft and they said it was a Ubisoft issue so now i’m kinda stuck. Want to know if anyone has had the same problem or a solution.

    I think you're referring to the In-game currency for Rainbow Six Siege, is that correct?

    If so, please, make sure you have purchased the currency for the same platform where you play R6, since this game can be played on both Xbox console and PC through Xbox.

    Also, make sure that the redemption of the code proceeded correctly, to verify this, go to the order history here:

    If you play on Xbox Console and the code redemption appears as completed, then it's essential to let you know that sometimes It can take up to 24 hours for R6 Credits to be added to your R6 account.
