Credit not posting

I've had 19000 points pending since December 6th and they are still pending. I thought everything was supposed to be credited on the 15th.

VIP Rewards Credits not posting, again

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

With that in mind, we see that you have had pre-order and game consumable purchases in those months. Additionally, keep in mind that purchases that go towards offers do not also award MyVIP payback.

Therefore, your Aven Colony and Tacoma purchases completed the Summer Spotlight offer, and did not award MyVIP. Your Agents of Mayhem pre-order did not award MyVIP, but did award one punch on the Games on Demand offer running at that time. Furthermore, we
see that you were awarded MyVIP payback for your July purchases of 10,000 Credits, which is accurate.

In August, your only non-pre-order or consumable purchase was a movie. However, since we only Reward ever $10 in purchases, that purchase amount was reserved to complete a $10 amount in a future month. Your consumable purchases did go to the FREEdom Rewards
offers that month, but we did not complete them. We do see that you were only a few cents short for the FREE Pass offer that month, and will adjust the loose change for you. You should see a Rewards Event for this shortly.

In September, you had a pre-order purchase and a music purchase beneath $10, so you did not get payback.

VIP Rewards Credits not posting, again

My last VIP credit of 10,000 posted on 7/31. Since that time I also received a Summer Spotlight bonus credit of 4000 points on 7/28. During the month of July I spent $185 in the store. so bonus is short given my 10% bonus level. I spent $141 in August
and another $21 in September. Please evaluate my rewards account. Thanks in advance.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month.

If you got to 5,000 pending on the 6th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 29th.

so ur saying that i wont have earned any credits at all for ordering so many games? It says you get 2% to 4% cash back as part of the rewards programe i havent even had that!

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. So you would not receive percentages back on the purchases.

Official support hours are 9am-5pm PST So they should respond sometime today or tomorrow.

Preorders are only eligible for credits if there is a specific offer for them when you preorder. The Games on Demand punchcard is currently the only preorder offer. In order to receive credits, you had to preorder 3 eligible games. Out of the games you ordered,
only Destiny and Middle Earth were eligible, so you would not have completed that offer and received credits.

Regarding your movie purchases, also from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated this month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Your Why Him purchase in August are the MyVIP Credits for that month currently pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
