Credit not deposited in my account on the 30th

I have a significant amount of xbox live rewards credits that I was told would be converted into USD and deposited into my account by the 30th and I have yet to receive my credit

Xbox Live Rewards not converting my credits into money on the due date

I was advised by customer support to post on the forums about my issue, on my account it states that credits will be converted into currency and deposited into my account on the 15th and 30th of my account however the 30th has passed and i have not received
any money.

Credits Not Depositing

I purchased the Xbox One S Bundle during the 50,000 credit deal and they still have yet to be deposited in my account. They show as being earned on 11/18/2016 but were not deposited in my account on the 30th of the month.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month.

So since your pending credits would have been added back to your account after the 15th of this month, they'll deposit with the first deposit of December.

In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum.

Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. If you request a deposit, they credits are deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you made the request. So if you requested the 2,895 credits on or after March 12, they would be deposited
on the 29th.

Once credits are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance. So when you make a purchase you would choose your account balance as your payment method.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for November took place on the 24th. Your credits would be scheduled for the deposit on the 15th.

When credits are deposited is based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next
month. So the credits would not have been added as pending in time for the deposit on the 24th.

It's actually working as intended. Since you redeemed them on the 6th of this month, they would be scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month. That deposit is scheduled for the 29th.

When you redeem credits with gems, it takes 96 hours for them to show as pending in your account and then they follow normal deposit rules. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So
if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
