my rewards credit has not been deposited for preordering gears of war 4.

Rewards not considered for Gears 4 Ultimate Preorder

Hi,

Would you mind to check the GoW4 Ultimate ? I did the preorder, I remember the 15k credits supposed to be considered (credit) but that didn't happen.... do you know why ?

Credits not being deposit as stated!

My pre-order rewards never get deposited.

I pre-ordered a copy of Titan Fall 2 Deluxe Edition along with Gears Of War 4, and Ghost Recon: Wild Land. I received my credits for GOW4, but I haven't received the credits for Titan Fall 2. What should I do?

Those Credits were placed into your account on September 15th. They were then deposited on the 28th of September. You can review all Credit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can also confirm their deposit as currency from the commerce
page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. So they should be deposited by mid-February.

Since you've already earned the credits, you would still keep them if you cancel a preorder.

I just preordered two consoles, one of which is the GOW4 CONSOLE!! That is one good looking CONSOLE.

For the Games on Demand punchcard, keep in mind that the credits will be given after all 3 games have been released as long as you preordered the games on or after October 1.

For other issues, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance. Keep in mind that credits are deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. If you've
had any deposits they will be listed in your statement on the MyRewards section of the site. You can verify deposits by going to
http://commerce.microsoft.com and checking your returns.

So I preordered these games before the 1st of October and from what you’re telling me is I’m not eligible for the points?

That’s ridiculous in every sense.

Specific games will not show in your statement. Only offers you've completed. in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Ok, thanks for clarifying that for me. But GOW4 was on that offer for preordering right? Before the release?
