    Hi！

    It's about the game Forza Horizon 1.

    In th Xbox Live Rewards TERMS AND CONDITIONS， it says I will receive two thousand (2,000) Rewards Credits for purchasing at least $10 before tax within fourteen (14) days of its announcement as a Games with Gold featured title.

    And I have finish this with the game Forza Horizon 1.

    So will you check this please, thanks very much.

    Problems Buying Online

    I used to get an error code when I wished to buy but then I found out that it was because of some issue with my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they did an online verification and then I was able to make my purchase.

    Credit card issues..

    Ok so i have been having the same problem as superdan90, but i actually am trying to put in a new payment method and it says that my new visa is "good" while my last one was "declined" and has me written off as suspended. I have waited for about 2 weeks
    to see if the problem would fix itself but it hasnt. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We can confirm your purchase was not properly Rewarded, and will adjust your account for completion of that offer. You should see the Credits pending before the end of next week.

    Is the information on file with the card issuer 100% matched to the information on your Xbox LIVE account? If not, make sure you match them up. If it still isn't working, contact your bank to find out why it won't allow you to do so.

    On top of what xTye said, and with you saying your from Estonia, that might be the problem. When you created your account, did you have to select a different country as your region because Estonia wasnt selectable? That might be why you can not use your
    actual credit card/

    Lifetime credits is the total amount of credits you have earned since joining the program. That includes all credits that are pending as well as any that have already been deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site will list when
