Credit for MS Store Xbox One S offer

I purchased an Xbox One S from the MS Store online on 11/24. I should be eligible for the Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer (50,000 Rewards Credits). It does not appear that I have received these. The Microsoft Account I use to shop at Microsoft Store (which
was created automatically when I made my first purchase in 2012) is different from the account associated with my Xbox Live account, but I don't see the credit on either account. Please address this. Thanks.

You didn't convert my 50,000 Rewards credits into my local currency on December 15, 2016!!!

2016/11/27 - Purchased Xbox One S promising 50,000 Credits

2016/12/06 - Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - 50,000 Credits deposited

2016/12/15 - 50,000 Credits were supposed to be deposited into my local currency into my Microsoft account, but they weren't.

HELP! Please deposit my money.

I purchased a new Xbox One S through the online MS store, but I haven't seen the 50,000 Rewards Credit applied to my account, or sitting in the Pending bucket. Please let me know what information you need to do in order to claim the offer.

Hello Ganttssta,

The 50,000 Credit offer was only for select accounts. Since you purchased on a different Microsoft Account than your Rewards Account, there was no way to link this select offer with your purchase. Therefore, you did not complete the offer.

Completely your fault. MS offered 15k rewards credits last month for buying the physical disc from the MS Store. You did not take advantage of it so it is your fault. No one to blame besides yourself for any of this.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

As stated in the terms and conditions for that offer:

Limit: Each participant may receive one (1) Special Offer and one (1) Offer during the Programme Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Special Offer and
one (1) Offer by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's Offer and that participant may be disqualified.

Since you already received Credits for your MicrosoftStore.com purchase, you would not be eligible for another 50,000 Credits. Furthermore, as stated in our FAQ:

Which items are eligible for this offer?

To qualify for this offer, you must currently own an Xbox One, be buying an Xbox One S for the first time, buy a qualifying Xbox One S console, and
make your purchase from MicrosoftStore.com during the offer period.

As Smwutches says, purchases from a retail store are not eligible.
