Discus and support Credit for April Purchases. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I did not receive any credit for the purchases I made last month. (April 2017).     Missing rebate

    Hi, I noticed that I never got the reward credits for my purchases last month. I got my mission credits, and the credits for the March survey. Today I see the credits for the April survey posted, so now I'm wondering why I haven't received my credits for
    my purchases last month.

    Credit for April Purchases.

    Is there a specific offer you're looking for credits from or are you looking for VIP rebates? Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for April purchases

    As mentioned in one of your previous posts (Purchases from January not credited?), from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    There are no credits given for reaching new levels. The credits you're seeing are the rebates for those months.
