    Ok this has been happening for a year now I go to delete my credit card info it's just says that it's attached to a active subscription I don't know what to do cause it keeps charging me for thing I don't want to be charged for

    Credit card problem

    Login on https://account.microsoft.com then go to payment & billing > order history to check your MS transactions if there is any...then turn off that subscription on the services & subscription tab and check if
    there is an option to cancel / turn off the renewal ...or contact Xbox Support .
