    So I bought xbox live gold because I thought it would be nice to have some free games every month, boy was I dissapointed.

    You see I dont have nor want a credit card, so now every month games pass me bye because I dont have a c.c.

    Now I have two questions 1: why would you only have the option to use a c.c. and not other payment options like IDeal (my preference)?

    Question 2: if this cannot be resolved can I get a reimbursement for xbox live gold because at the moment it's pretty much useless to me?

    I cannot fathom that such a large corporation as microsoft even having these issues please fix them.

    Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about the issue with trying to buy Xbox Live. Unfortunately, the only way to pay without a credit card will be at a local store near you that carries the Xbox Live Gold Cards.

    On the Xbox One and website, you will need credit card information to process a purchase.

    Nope you can use a prepaid gift card (doesn't need a balance on it), debit card, and something about about paypal can get you the games as well. I haven't used the paypal option but I know others said they have. This really needs to be stickyed to the
    top as many times people actually ask this.

    you can also buy prepaid cards for xbox live gold if you don't have a credit card. yes, you can get a refund, go to your service and subscription section on xbox.com and from there you'll be able to get refunded.

    I am going to assume you are refering to Xbox 360 Games with Gold. Because of the way that the Xbox 360 market place works, you need a credit/debit card payment method on your account as it need some place to bill (even though it is free) If you have access
    to an Xbox 360 you can get the game there, then it will appear in your ready to install section of your My Games & Apps on your Xbox One.

    Remember that you could also buy prepaid card for xbox live gold, about 3 - 6 - 12 months ;)

    For sure you can block the mothly payment ;)
