    If you chose to pay with debit/credit card, then Microsoft will charge the entire amount from that card.

    You are welcome. Well, if you got a new credit card (new number, new cvv, new everything) then this might be an unauthorized charge from someone that stoled your credit card information.

    Either way, if you cannot access the account, you would need to contact your bank or credit card company to request them to stop all futures charges from Microsoft/Xbox.

    I have the same issue, Been sitting on Credit, bought some stuff...

    No option to charge the Microsoft Credit presents itself, Card gets charged instead.

    still sitting on Credit...

    Remove Credit card from file, try to purchase something with existing credit...

    Can not do as there are apparently no payment options on file...
