You will need to phone support for your region,the are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

Same problem with me but i canceled my auto renewal last year and xbox live turned it back on to charge me without permission. Now my account is suspended and i can't remove my credit card... good thing my credit card expired before they charged me 60$ that
i cant afford at the moment.

if there taking money off your credit card without your permission (unless you didnt cancel auto renewal) contact your credit card company so you don't have to pay the bill

one case may be what happened to me also. Some of you that are expericaning this problem, may also have the setting auto renewal on. Now, if your credit card cannot be charged for renewal, your account will be suspended until you add a new card that can
purchase renewal, or redeem a code that the auto renewal system is trying to purchase.

To see if this is the problem, check your email for information about problem with charging your credit card

There is nothing you can do to redeem the 1 month free without a credit card because after the month of free gold it charges the credit card 9.99, unless the auto renewal was shut off before the free month is up
