Credit Card charged for nothing

You was charged by Paypal ..this is a verification step of your credit card and it will be refunded....nothing to do with MS

That's the thing, I didn't provide a credit card or anything when I signed up so they couldn't have charged me since there's nothing to charge.

There is nothing you can do to redeem the 1 month free without a credit card because after the month of free gold it charges the credit card 9.99, unless the auto renewal was shut off before the free month is up

When you pay with a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. If they're not able to charge you at that time, the order is cancelled. So they have nothing to refund.
