    credit card charge of 19,99 euro


    My son has a monthly subscription on Xbox Life Go (6,99 euro).

    In addition to that I have been charged for 19,99 euro via my credit card (presumably 3th month Xbox Life G) while I do not see anything in the invoice history of his account. My son does not have any other accounts.

    Any idea how to trace this?

    It is asking you for a credit card because you do not have enough money in your account. You have 110 Euros and the item is 109.49 Euros. However, you have forgotten about the tax. Because of this the amount of the item will be more than 110 Euros and
    means that you then need the credit card or paypal attached to your account to cover the difference.
