    Hi, I am in South Korea. Region for xbox set to USA.

    I play ESO and want to purchase ESP Plus and Crowns.

    I do not have a USA credit card.

    My wife's Korean credit card does not work

    My friends USA card does not work. (zip code error, the zip code is correct)

    Pay Pal and Microsoft store does not work

    Web chatting with Microsoft, useless

    I am at a loss for options, help please.

    Make sure that you haven't change the region for your Xbox store account different from your Credit Card region. For example, you might have changed the Store region to China, while your credit card is from Hong Kong. Please make sure that the store region
    and credit card region match with each other.

    Yes, my region and card info match, but when I type credit card number it can't validate it. It's possible, that credit cards from certain regions are not accepted?

    Slovakia still not integrated for PayPal payments!

    You can purchase online with a credit card or bank card with xbox live

    PayPal isn't supported in all regions I don't think the newly added regions support PayPal yet

    You don't pay more with prepaid cards unless you mean prepaid credit cards or dashboard deals in which case either credit card or wait till PayPal is supported in your region
