    Xbox Game Pass on PC App, always remember me my credit card its about to expire, but no... two years from now...

    Can you fix it pls ?? I see more people have this problem.

    You would think that a multi-billion dollar company could fix something so simple. What do they pay their software engineers for? Clearly more important to hire for diversity than it is to fix a simple error message to make their customer base happy.

    I'm not able to confirm purchase for 12 month Gold.

    Maybe possible of Credit card,Debit card Expired

    If Occurs,Please go to Account management,Change Debit/Credit card

    Remove old one,That expired

    You will probably notice there is currently a credit card on your account that is expired. Remove this expired credit card and you should be able to make purchases just fine.

    Hello Sloppybackfat! Be sure to see if the credit card is still active and not expired. If it isnt expired then delete the information off the xbox and enter that credit card back in, then it should work again.

    Either your XBL Gold subscription is tied to an expired credit card, or there is just a random expired credit card on file. This can still happen even if there is a "Good" credit card on file. It is easiest to just call XBL Billing and have them switch the
    subscription over.

    Quick question about expired credit card.

    Have you checked to see if your card has any charges, just in case?

    Your best bet is to just call them up instantly so they can revert your account to silver.

    If you take no actions and leave an expired card on there, you will constantly receive emails from MS trying to get their money since it's been 6 months or so and you havent paid them.

    If you get them to sort out your problem, they revert you to Silver but you keep an expired card, you might have issues with certain things and there is a chance you wont be able to have XBL Gold.

    Let's say you leave your expired card on the account, next year you decide to buy a 12month card and redeem it, sure you will be a Gold member but you will be locked out until you update your payment issues.

    Just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX or use the support links on the top of the page if you are outside of North America.
