credit balance wrong

If the Rewards site shows it's been deposited, then it will show that way for Rewards support too. You'll need to check your transactions at
http://commerce.microsoft.com which will also show any transactions you may have made around the same time that would have already used the credits. If you don't see it there, you can contact support and speak to

After looking up these purchases, we see that you were awarded for your purchase of Little Nightmares as MyVIP payback for April. It is currently pending in your account, which can be viewed from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Regarding your purchase
of >observer_, that purchase was a part of the Summer Spotlight offer. Purchases cannot go towards both MyVIP and an offer, so your purchase was awarded as progress on the Summer Spotlight offer. From the FAQ:

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you accidentally redeemed a prepaid code for currency to the wrong Microsoft account, and you would like it transferred or removed. The

Microsoft gift card terms and conditions states, "Your Microsoft account balance
is non-transferable to another person or Microsoft account." Also, the currency cannot be removed after it is added to an account. The best option in this scenario is to

attempt to gift the item from your Microsoft account to another. This will send a prepaid code for the item to the email address of the recipient. Be sure to let us know the results lorrainescouler!

requesting a refund for the item. You will be receiving an email after the request with the decision. If the refund is denied, you must respond to the email. If the refund request is not approved at all, you may want to

reach out to Epic support to find out if they can transfer V-bucks from one in-game account to another. We hope this information helps
