    Hello,

    My Gamertag:

    I purchased a 12 month subscription on my xbox for $59.99. I was promised a $15 credit per the promotion and I just received a code from microsoft for $5. This should have been for $15 as the ad promised. Please advise on how this will be fixed, and how
    i can get the remaining $10. Thank you.

    Hello ICE Danny ML,

    The 9900 amount is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes previously deposited Credits. You can see a statement of all your Credit and deposit events on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. For example, your last deposit of 6250 (81 MXN) on April 12th
    was primarily spent on Titanfall 2 DLC. Your pending Credit amount (currently 0) is your un-deposited Credit amount.

    Hello CantankerusGoat,

    That amount is your lifetime Credit amount. That includes previously deposited Credits. Your pending Credit amount is what is currently available for deposit in your account, and I see that the pending Credits you had were deposited in our mid month deposit.
    You can see all your Credit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    I think Turn 10 have stopped it at the moment mate, something to do with this credit glitch where people recieved stupid amounts of credits for no reason, so I guess it will be like that untill they have solved the issue.
