    Credential issue with Xbox gamertag (Error code 80151103)


    Hi, I'm trying to download my profile on my xbox 360 after being unable to sign into xbox live. I have tried resetting my password repeatedly and clearing the cache on the console, moving the profile onto a flash drive, etc. Every time I try I get the message:
    "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Visit https://account.live.com to fix the problem". I go to this link and I can sign in fine but there is nothing there to resolve the problem on the Xbox. The support agent I managed
    to get in contact with randomly left before resolving anything, so I am at a loss.

    Edit: Just got off the chat with another agent who gave an admirable effort in helping me with the issue where we tried everything we could think of in fixing the issue after 2 hours, but even he was at a loss.
