Cravetv disappeared.

I cant find crave tv anywhere on my Xbox anymore. I had it the other day and had uninstalled it, hoping to reinstall it after a few glitches i experienced. Now i cannot reinstall it at all. It does not show up in the store but it has the picture of of
the app on the entertainment selection, but when i go into the entertainment section it disappears..not sure what i did or if cravetv was a download once type of thing. Is it fixable? Or is it gone forever?

It doesn't appear that Cravetv has an app available for Xbox 360 or Xbox One at this time, you'll want to reach out to them to find out if there is any plans to put out an app for the Xbox 360 or Xbox One console.

Try to follow the 3 options described on

If it does not work, do a
factory reset.

The error sounds more to do with the app itself. Did you try to check app's official page for any ongoing issues? Are you able to contact App's support to get it resolved?
