Discus and support crating a microsoft account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I am trying to create my first microsoft account but when i click on 'sign up for a new e-mail address' this appear 'sorry we couldn't connect...     I am trying to create my first microsoft account but when i click on 'sign up for a new e-mail address' this appear 'sorry we couldn't connect microsoft services right now. if this problem persists, search for "network problems" on the start screen. how can i fix it and i m using windows 8.1 thank you

    Nice to meet you! My name is Christian, an independent advisor. I'm here to help you out.

    It could be that the time and date on your computer are not correct, try and sync your computer's date and time to your local timezone.

    If that doesn't work, try and run the Internet connections troubleshooter and see if it helps.

    Press the Windows key + W to search Settings.

    Type “Troubleshoot” without quotes and click on Troubleshooting.

    In the new windows click View All on the left pane.

    In the list of options, click on Internet Connections.

    Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

    I've seen crates in the gang wars, only been able to open 1 (out of the 2). I havent' done the gang attacks much though. What are these other crates you guys are talking about?
