Crashing details and progress reset ( bug report)

Updated xbox fitness today on xbox one

upon logging in my progress was reset to stamp card 1

Xbox Fitness Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 week 2 - jump rope with kick outs crashed.

I hard reset with unplug and tried again. crashed again . uninstalled hard reset then re-installed , crashed again.

able to duplicate crash on the following workouts

Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 week 2 - jump rope with kick outs (crashed 7 times)

Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 week 2nd arm stretch ( that one stung completing the whole thing without progress) duplicated 3 times

Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 week 3 - warm up - sledgehammers - 2 times

tracy anderson transform 1 (somewhere in the middle its the leg lift section)

This is the second time I have lost my progress. coupled with the fact every reboot i have to go into settings and reset where the floor is for the kinect this is getting bothersome. I'll take any suggestions or help.

I think my Xbox is dying...

Try doing a hard reset, also are you on insider program?, as it could be a bug with the update that you should report

 

Consistent Crashing

Crashing Bug: Terribly annoying, ignores AutoSave; lost 30-45 minutes of progress. One day last week the session crashed 3 times in about 5-6 hours. Perhaps it was related to that sunspot activity. Hasn’t crashed yet today.

Today before I started I uninstalled Jillian add on then uninstalled Xbox fitness then hard reset with unplug.

Re-installed only xbox fitness (did not re install Jillian add on)

Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 week 2 - jump rope with kick outs (Set 1) crashed.

I installed Jillian add on then it crashed again

skipped it next time crashed on

Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 week 2 - jump rope with kick outs (Set 2)

skipped it crashed on Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 week 2 squat thrust (set 2)

skipped that and then the workout completed

all progress and challenges were lost each time

again very frustrating because this is why I have an xbox one and this is additional content i purchased. not free content.

 

SAME progress reset to Stamp 1 -- for both users in our household. All the points are there, though. Will be doing further investigation tonight. Then tomorrow I'll be calling the Live people because we, too, purchased content for Fitness.

I have same issue. I turn on Xbox Fitness. I had a message: it's necessary update the program. I did it, but when I started to play I couldn't. I've lost all my stamps and gamecards and I fell back (from Mover V) to Healthy Start I. It was happened 3 days
ago and since then I haven't do anything with this game. The homepage of Xbox Fitness is appear, but it disappears in a few second.

What can I do? When will be repair it?

Using this program is in my daily routine and it's very important for me.

We bought Xbox One and Live Gold Membership because of Xbox Fitness. If we had known it wont'be working, we'd rather bought PS4...
