Crashing crunchyroll app error code 0x8007010b

crunchyroll on the xbox one has been crashing on me since the day it was released; I've talked to both xbox support and cruchyroll support and neither seems to be able to figure out what's wrong but today I finally got an error code (0x8007010b) so I hope
it helps someone to figure out what's wrong. to narrow down what I have done already this is the gist of what xbox and Crunchyroll has had me do already, they've had me hard reset my xbox, made sure that the settings on my xbox are correct, made sure that
the settings on my internet are corect and not set to private; and uninstall and reinstall Crunchyroll, which the last one helps sometimes for about 30 min to about 2 hours then it starts crashing again

error code 0x8007010b. (xbox one)

Every Time when i try to launch Crunchyroll on my xbox one it gives me error code 0x8007010b and it has never done that before. also normally when i'm watching Netflix and it asks me if i want to continue, it immediately says "sorry something went wrong.
please try again later." every single time i wanna start the app Crunchyroll. and it'd not the APP. I have uninstalled the APP and re installed it and it still gives me that error code and or that "Sorry message" I never had this problem with my xbox one like
this. I even tried launching the same APP on my 360 and sure enough that did work. and i have more than plenty of free space on my xbox one.

sometimes it seems like there is a ddos attack because usually when it stopped working for me, I had to go and hard reset it and uninstall/reinstall and then it'd work but currently its just keeps saying there are errors and doesn't give any error codes.
I was reading some posts on crunchyroll's forums from 2014 and it seems as though whenever the things that usually work don't end up working, its most likely a cyber attack.

First, try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hey coolie31! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest starting by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds and then give it another shot. Post back and let me know!

Which DVD are you trying to play? Is this on Xbox One or Xbox 360? Do you have another DVD to try out to see if a similar issue pops up? Post back here with that info so we can dig into what the cause may be!
