Crashes with insider program updates beta

Hi there

I'm a owner of the series s and like a little while now I have some crashes with it with games and apps and I tried every solution so I don't know what to do then ask here and maybe someone will have the same issue even if your not in the insider program for updates

Well with my old xbox one I had a great time I could play for hours and days and right I have the series S and from the start it was a great machine but after a few updates my games keeps on crashing and the max I can play is like 4 hours and then you think that's enough well like I said I could have spend hours and days with the xbox one so yeah I want to have that same hours and days with the xbox I'm having right now but it's not letting me because of the crashes and it's not omly games sometimes apps too like disney+ what I'm using most of the time when I'm not playing games

So I want to know do you gamers encounter the same problem as me ? With this type of console? Or is it just me I'm also running insider program beta updates I don't know if this is the problem or the cause of it thats why I'm looking for people who encounter the same problem as me so that i can resolve the issue I hope i encounter someone with the same issue but i hope not at least it a bummer that I can only play for like 4 hours or less or the game crashes

You're running unfinished beta software; issues such as crashes and bugs are expected. The software has not been fully tested, hence why it is not yet released to the public and is instead distributed to insider members for further testing.

Please use the Xbox Report a Problem app to report these issues, the team needs to be aware of these problems so they can be fixed.

Press and hold the Xbox button , and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app.
Select Report new problem.

If you're experiencing an audio or video issue, you can provide additional info and diagnostics to your problem report by selecting Reproduce with advanced diagnostics. Otherwise select Continue with standard diagnostics.

Your son is playing on the official release channel for Minecraft. His 1.12 version is currently the latest official version, whereas his friends have joined the Insider Program and are playing a beta test version of Minecraft.

His friends can either un-enroll from the Beta Insider Program, or you son can try to join the Insider Program and update his Minecraft to a beta version.

Be aware however, that beta version still contain untested parts, and the game can crash, malfunction and in turn destroy worlds if an error occurs.

If your son is still willing to test the Beta, he can download the free Insider app from the store, and join the Minecraft Beta.

Then he'll have to download/update his Minecraft to the newer beta version.

As far as I know, this would have nothing to do with the Insiders Program? The Insiders program just extends to Xbox One dashboard updates and certain console betas, to my knowledge the PC Beta program is a totally separate entity.

That said, the type of people to be active both as an insider and on that subreddit would probably also be the type of person to try out the Beta App for PC.

Hello Wear,

Are you by chance in the insider/preview program? If you are in enrolled, it could be an update from there. These are all beta updates the insider program receives so there are potentially many bugs.

Might be the xbox insider program there can be bugs if your using beta version of xbox update
