Crashes on Xbox Series X (Freeze and Loud noises)

Hi, sorry for my bad English but i have my Xbox for 1 week and i have already experience 4 crashes and everytime it's the same thing. The first and second crash were on two games that I buyed on the Microsoft Store and the the third and fourth were on a physical version of the first Assassins Creed. Everytime a game crash the screen freeze and there is a loud noise but my console is not shutting down, I have to press the X Button on my controller and go back to the home page and then restart the game. At first I thought it was because of the disc of Assassins creed since he is a little dirty but the fact that the same bug happen again on games that I buy digitally made me think if the problem was not my console. Since you've already tried that, I believe it might be a hardware issue; Therefore, your console needs to be services. If your console still under warranty, you can request a repair order for it using the link below.

In this case, our suggestion here, attempt a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

I have a series x and only on call of duty this is happening but its not just the game freezing or crashing its making my xbox freeze and bug out

If it makes a loud noise and freezes it masy be the laser that reads the disc idk....
