    I’m really hoping someone can help! My son logs onto Fortnite and then it kicks him out and returns to home screen?

    If he logs onto his brothers xbox and uses his own account he can play perfectly fine?

    is there something wrong with his xbox?

    Ove been to this page alot, ive tried to contact someone to actually talk with a person but the options i select never allow me to get through? My son has been without his xbox for over a week now... why is it so hard to get technical help?

    Microsoft Edge crashing

    edge keeps crashing while using facebook. it especially crashes when i view videos if i don't press B before the video finishes the Edge app crashes me back to my homescreen
