Crash to dashboard and console shut off.

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

I uninstalled and reinstalled warzone this morning. First game on, within 30 seconds of the game, instead of crashing to the dashboard, my Xbox shut off completely…

A lot of split screen gaming can be pretty demanding on the console, I know old Gears game have this issue too. I would make sure the console is well ventilated and not getting hot, You may want to try reinstalling the game as well as clearing the MAC
address. Is the Xbox crashing completely and shutting off? Or just kicking you back to the dashboard ?

The best method is to be playing mp or campaign and then exit to the main menu before going to the dashboard or shutting down the xbox. If you simply dashboard after saving, or shut off your console, the game will not attempt to send data to the server.
