Crash Team Racing Nintro-Fueled on Xbox Series S closing by itself at the very begining.

I purchased this game on Microsoft Store ,then i start to run this game ， at the very begining when it starts to generate a saving file (and says don't turn off the power) only after 3 or 4 seconds, this game closing by itself . and return to my Xbox menu。 My Xbox series S is a Japanese Verson .I unstalled Crash Team Racing and Re-install like 5 times, but this problem still ocurred.I guess I bought a game can't be played T T. I'm depressed...

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

As I said above, I'm here mostly to know that minor crashes like the one I've had are normal. I'm really new to Xbox One and everything about itself.

I think it happened once with some Xbox 360 title, but I ingored it.

As I said, even Crash Nitro-Fueled seems to work fine when playing offline.

My fear is a console problem. I am a little bit paranoid, you know? Just wanted to make sure the app cloosing is a minor anoyance.
