    Hello,

    When I try to start my xbox one I obtain an error 102.

    So as this error is link to firmware I tried to use usb boot I obtain error 106.

    => I tried to use an SSD disk.

    => I obtain an error 102.

    I try to use usb boot on this SSD disk

    => I obtain an error 106

    How to do to replace the disk and to be able to boot on it ?

    Xboc one won't read any disc

    Well sometimes an Xbox one comes with a disk drive problem. So you can call Microsoft for a replacement console.

    This happened with 2 CoD4 disks. My xbox now reads both disks as DVDs instead of xbox game disks. One after being matchmade into a modded lobby (one of hundreds rampant in MP), one after a game crash in single player

    Disc reading error

    You may have to buy a disk replacement repair it could be faulty or if its just a certain disk try installing it and if it only fails on one disk it deffinetly needs a disk replacement.

    I've also tried that, and it doesn't work. :/ just crashes instantly on start up. also, this was downloaded via the xbox store, not a disk version, so won't be a disk issue.
