    Crash frequenti


    Ho acquistato da poco una Xbox One rigenerata (certificata amazon) ma praticamente ogni volta che gioco dopo più o meno tempo la console crasha e torna alla home. Possiedo solo Forza Motorsport 7 e Forza Horizon 3 e il problema si presenta con entrambi.

    4 giorni che il Live ha problemi!!! Non male per un servizio che si PAGA!!

    In qualunque servizio possono esserci problemi. Il fatto che noi paghiamo implica che dovrebbero risolvere in tempi ragionevolmente brevi (dipende dal guasto), e che i disservizi non siano frequenti oltre un certo limite.

    Io non credo che ti abbiamo bannato l'account per la modifica alla console.

    Credo ci sia altro.

    O si son sbagliati oppure hai fatto cose che magari non pensavi fossero possibili cause di bannaggio: c'è di tutto e fifa12 è uno dei motivi più frequenti (scambi illeciti, tentativi di frode.. ne ho sentite a bizzeffe su quel gioco).

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If it keeps happening then please try the steps on this support page:
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/troubleshooting/game-freeze-solution     they will work for crashing games too.

    I'm always using the manual power off and I tried everything in the guide (except trying another profile) and it keeps happening...

    System turns itsself on.

    Why using the old power block? That may be the problem.

    Maybe some radio waves nearby with the same frequenty like your controller and starts your console. I don't know i have never head of this problem.
