    First I am sorry for my english, I am french.

    Hello, I have a problem with my FIFA 17 on my Xbox one S. I bought the game 1 week ago in the Windows Store but when the installation is finish, when I try to launch it, the game shows me Marco Reuse then a black screen appears and the game crash. I am directly
    redirected to the main menu of my Xbox One S. I have try to clear the cache and I have re-install the game 3 times.

    I have buy the game and I don't know how to fix my problem, can someone help me ?

    Games go black when I launch them

    When I launch games like fifa 17 or gta 5 on my xbox they fail to launch, show a black screen and then crash. Smaller games like minecraft and rocket league manage to start but then crash after a minute or two. I have tried using the same profile an a different
    xbox and the games have worked so it's definitely my xbox that is the problem. I have tried things like rebooting my console, re installing the games and more but none have them have worked, will I need to buy a new console?

    I'm having problem with xbox one.

    I bought an xbox one, I only have fifa 17 installed, and during the births it crashes I do not know what to do, xbox is new, thanks for the help

    My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay    . It'll help with startup crashing problems as well.

    My Fifa won't start... How do I fix it?

    Another thing that has caused several crashes for me is if two people are logged in to the Xbox before FIFA launches it will not start correctly.

    The workaround is to have only one person logged in on the Xbox, Launch FIFA and then Log the second person in.

    Crazy, but true.
