Craftopia Connecting to Xbox Live

I just followed another post on the forum and managed to make my NAT type Open and Server Connectivity to Connected. But still when I run Craftopia its stuck on Connecting to Xbox Live as shown in the previous image I've sent.

Did you try running these commands on your PC?

:1. Open command prompt as admin.

2. Copy and paste below command. netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterpriseclient clientport=3074

3. In Windows, open All Settings - Gaming - Xbox Networking (not in the Xbox app)

4. On Administrator Command Prompt copy & paste the command: netsh interface Teredo set state type=client

5. Back in Settings Xbox Networking, hit the Fix It button

6. Check again button should show not working

7. Back at Command Prompt and copy & paste the command: netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterpriseclient

Is this happening with this game only? Or the message appears with other games, are you able to check this?
Are you on Windows 11 or 10?
Which troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

In the meantime let's double check your NAT type :

Open Xbox Console Companion app > Settings > Network
Tell me what's saying there

It only happens on this game.

I am on Windows 11.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have verified the download and repaired it. I've done these both multiple times.

My NAT type is Strict and Server Connectivity is Blocked. I'm assuming this is the issue and I didn't have the Xbox Companion App until now so I didn't know how to check this. Assuming this is the issue what would I do to fix this?

Well, you can delete your saved data but at the moment this is available only via Xbox consoles.

For this you need to (once logged in your profile) > Highlight the game > press the Menu button on your controller > select Manage game.

Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data and then press A on your controller, finally select Delete everywhere and once you do it try on the PC again (also, I recommend you first uninstall the game from your PC)
