    Crackling Audio on a brand new 2nd-party Xbox Series Controller in Windows 11


    Recently i got my Xbox Series PDP controller that i ordered, the controller was working fine on my Xbox One, so did the headphone jack, it had no problems, but when i used my controller with the same headphones on my PC with Windows 11, i heard some crackling noise, i tried uninstalling the USB driver, the Audio Driver, and i even updated my Controller's firmware, but nothing worked. I even connected the USB cable in a different port, but the problem kept going.

    This issue only happens with my controller connected to my PC with Windows 11, it doesn't happens on my Xbox One.

    It doesn't affects to anything else on the controller, everything still works like normal, the only problem i'm having is the Audio.

    And my controller its wired-only, the USB cable its also brand new (it came with the controller in the box) and it's the same one that i used on my Xbox.

    I tried the front USB connectors as well as the back-ones, but the problem didn't got solved, and my PC its a All-In-One, so all the USB ports are directly from the motherboard.
