    Crackle - Hello, I Must Be Going?


    Hi,

    Not long had XB1, and not long ago, Crackle appeared as a new App. However, I try to register now, only to get a message back saying that, as of April 2014, their UK streaming service will stop - any ideas?

    As far as forum problems are concerned, it could be a momentary glitch in the system. I know I had a couple of problems the other day, but they have cleared up since.

    Can you tell us what operating system you are using and what browser you have please? Also, try clearing your browser's cache, that might help.

    You're not missing out on anything.

    It's a free service but it's poorly supported and rarely updated.

    I think they took more films off the service than they added.

    I'm just trying to use Crackle for the first time from my XBox. It says that I must go on to the website & create an account (which I have done) and enter a code. But, I am unable to find a place to enter this code. Am I missing something? Could you please
    advise me on where to look. Or could any of you tell me where to link up/log on to my crackle account from my xbox?

    xbox one rearrange pins not in the right order

    ok I figured it out. its actually not random. wherever I put a pin, the next time I go back it is located one more tile to the left. FOR EXAMPLE:

    I start in order from left to right (hulu, Netflix, crackle, youtube)

    1 if I take Netflix and put it at the end ( hulu, crackle, youtube, Netflix)

    2 then the next time it will show ( hulu, crackle, Netflix, youtube)

    3 now lets say I take hulu and put it at the end ( crackle, Netflix, youtube, hulu)

    4 now then it will show ( crackle, Netflix, hulu, youtube)

    5 ok one last example I take crackle and put it in between Netflix and hulu ( Netflix, crackle, hulu, youtube)

    6 ok it goes back to ( crackle, Netflix, hulu, youtube)

    hopefully this examples it but like I said, it goes one more tile over to the left that I place it at.

    very frustrating
