    For errors related to NAT type this troubleshooting may help:

    Anyway please remember that to solve NAT issues you may need to check your router and its configuration which may be specific for the model you're using.

    A strict NAT may be set by default in your router so you'll need to change that configuration first (I had to do the same with mine).

    "Can't get a Teredo IP address" error despite multiplayer working fine until now

    I get the same problem. My NAT type is Strict. I get the message "can't get a teredo ip address". the steps I tried were UPnP refresh, contacting my ISP and reseting my router and modem. my ISP is COX communications, and I have a linksys WRT120n router.
    i dont know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello George, usually communication problems in group chat or in game can be related to the quality of your NAT, it has to be open preferably.

    If you play on console, do the NAT test below.

    NAT Test

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Click Profile and system > Settings > General > Network Settings.

    Under Current network status, the NAT Type field displays the current NAT type.

    "Xbox NAT Types

    Your NAT type is determined by the settings or features of the router on the network you are using to connect to the Internet. Your NAT type, combined with the NAT type of other online players, determines whether you can successfully communicate with them in party chat or use multiplayer gaming."
