    I heard on the Xbox one beta app that you can use an image for a custom gamer pic, is that allowed for a custom gamer pic?

    I recently uploaded a custom gamerpic that for some reason got me banned from uploading custom gamer pics. Will I ever be able to upload a custom gamer pic or no?

    Whatever image you choose, keep in mind that all images have to follow the guidelines in the
    Code of Conduct. Please avoid:

    • Images intended to harm or harass another person
    • Images that depict nudity or are sexual in nature
    • References to illegal drugs
    • Depictions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore
    • Images containing personal information
    • References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures
    • Inflammatory images directed towards specific demographic groups

    Okay, But Weed Isn't A Drug, N That Second Pic Has Smoke, But You Can't See Any "Drugs". It's Just Words N A Person. The Third Pic, Is Of A Girl Who Is Dressed Up In A Halloween Costume. N The Fourth Pic, It's Of A Galaxy. How Tf Is The Galaxy Picture Inappropiate?
    Spongebob Looks Like He's On Meth, Heroine, N Crack All At The Same Time. He's Got A Bulge In His Underwear, N Nipple Tassles, While Wearing Heels Like A Hooker, N Smoking A Cigarette. How Is That More Appropriate, Than A Picture Of A Galaxy Shaped Human?
    I Don't Understand. I Get Temporarily Banned For Appropiate Pictures, N Inappropiate Pictures Are Accepted. Makes No Sense.

    Xbox live enforcement is a joke.

    If the Gamer Pic was custom I believe the image is allowed in good faith but even if it from a game it could still violate community guidelines.
