why should the pic been removed and Covers etc. Licensing problesm ? it should not be problem from Customers

OK thanks Brad , i will see if it will be updated from Microsoft or not a will stay in Contact with Tec Support MS in my Country, sad that you guys can nothing due about this issues, removed digital games, etc.

We locked the first one as the ambassador had answered the question. You can review the thread it is even marked as answered. It also was a question. When there is no other solution to present we lock the thread. In this case with games being delisted or
not available for digital purchase there is nothing we can do on the forums. The duplicates are seen as spam when you are posting on a topic that has already been answered and when there is no further resolution to be discussed.

The thumbnails for the games in the marketplace is a coding issue that just messed with the display art in the marketplace. This does not affect buying the game just the appearance. This will likely not be updated for Xbox original games.

With test drive multiple people told you the answer this is why they were locked. You then continued to make posts against the forum guidelines which is why they were deleted. If you continue we will have to take further action in this.
The thread originally created was answered then therefore locked as it was answered. Which then you continued and made 4 more about the same topic.

forum guidelines clearly states do not make duplicate posts.

13) Please do not spam. No commercial posts or flooding the forum with useless content. Double, triple, etc. posting can also be considered spam.

As for some 360 pictures being gone, this could be due to the region you are in. Also, can be because games becoming delisted or not available for digital purchase.

The main problem was that it wasn’t letting me sign into my account so i removed my account in settings and then restarted my console then i went to add my account back and it came up with these errors

also my dashboard has been having problems for example my games cover picture dosent match the name of the game

(the cover picture will be GTA V but the name is NBA 2K20)

is there anyway that i can get my account back and my xbox fixed ?
