Couple Quick Questions

So I've been a Rewards Member for ages and got back into playing Xbox about a year or two ago. My account was linked the whole time and I was wondering if my purchases in the last 2 years have been logged and giving me the 2%-10% back.



Also, there is a new Rewards Mission for Warframe which is a game I play quite often. It states I have to get 5 New achievements in the time period. (Started 1-15-17) I'll give it a week or two before worrying about this one.

The main Mission I am curious about is the punch card for "FREE PASS." I made multiple $30+ Purchases on Warframe yet the "FREE PASS" Mission still remains blank. Any thoughts or solutions would be fantastic.

Last but not least, I was just curious if there was a way to see your Activity history through the XBL Rewards program. Seeing purchases with %'s back, Medals Earned, Points Earned, Etc. Just so I can see my progress myself.

We see that you have been a MyVIP member at various points throughout your membership. However, MyVIP is recalibrated every year to accomodate changes to the program. The last recalibrations occurred in September 2015 and recently in December 2016. When
we recalibrate, we place you in a MyVIP rank based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and then set your progress to a default state. Since you can only get MyVIP payback when you have at least one MyVIP star, you only began getting payback
as early as June 2015. You were then placed at a zero star rank after the September 2015 recalibration, but quickly re-gained your star in December 2015. You then hit your second star shortly before our December 2016 recalibration, and were placed at a starting
rank of 2 stars for the current year. You can check all your Credit/Deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if you sort/view by lifetime events, which is related to your fourth question. Since we calculate MyVIP payback as a monthly whole,
it will not show you purchases with % back, but will show your % back for the month.

We can confirm seeing more than enough achievements to complete the Warframe offer. We'll check in with our platform team to see if there is an issue with your account preventing completion of the offer.

We can also confirm seeing that your purchases have not awarded completion of FREE Pass. We have identified the issue with our partner for this offer, and are making adjustments. You should see the offer completion Credits pending by the end of next week.

As mentioned, the MyStatement on the MyRewards page has been updated to show more events, like medals and badges.

After our platform team reviewed your achievements, they have responded that you have not yet completed the required achievements within the correct timeframe. From our FAQ:

How does this offer work?

Select Xbox Live Rewards members can earn a special Reward of 75 Platinum (ARV: $4.99) during the offer period for playing the Free to Play title Warframe. To earn your Reward, you must first download the game from the Xbox Store if you haven’t already, and
play until you complete 5 new achievements within the game. All actions must be completed between January 15, 2017 00:00 UTC and February 28, 2017 23:59 UTC.
Please visit World Time Server: current local time and date in any zone or another world time database to determine local time.

Based on this, we have been told that since you earned your achievements before January 15th, some of your achievements have not been eligible, and you have not yet completed 5 new achievements in the game. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to
process activity, so if you have earned the required achievements in that time frame, we may have not yet received them.
