    Couple of questions


    hi again, just following up - I earned 6 achievements in Borderlands Handsome Collection on 25th Mar but haven’t made any progress to next step of the mission and there’s only a day left.

    I’ve completed all previous steps - don’t want to miss out on the 10000 points remaining. Any help appreciated, thanks.

    As an aside, my birthday o XBL rewards is wrong - I’ve checked my Xbox Account and it’s fine. I had a reply that mentioned commerce.microsoft.com but that just brings me to my order history.

    Its only in-game time mate. Even Game Lobby time doesn't count against the 4 hours.

    Ive only played about 3 matches of TDM & not noticed your black screen effect, sorry.

    There has been a delay with tracking achievements, but support will post back about that. As long as you complete an offer before it ends, you'll still get credits even if the offer isn't showing anymore.

    But as far as birthdate. The program goes by what you entered when you created your Xbox account. Once an account has been created, you cannot change that date.

    This is interesting - I have been able to change the birthdate in my Xbox Live Account for many years - in fact it does show the correct date now.

    I wonder if XBLRewards uses a separate profile system much like my own workplace.

    In any case I don’t see why they couldn’t implement a data fix. I’ll ask support when they respond.

    Good to see another Ambassador in the know about the Rewards program - unfortunately Alpha testing and Xbox itself is more my forte. Thanks for the info!

    It's possible to update the birthdate on your Microsoft account, but not the birthdate on an Xbox account. That's what confuses people.

    Hi VampireDarklord. Smwutches is correct. Unfortunately, we are not able to change birth dates in our system because it must come from the data we receive from Microsoft/Xbox servers.

    There is a delay with Achievements, but this should be fixed in the next couple of days. You'll see those Credits pending and also the Bonus Credits for completing all portions of the offer.

    a couple questions...

    you don't need to play the first 2 to play part 3. you won't miss nothing story wise. its not a GTA clone. the only common factors between the 2 is that you can steal cars and drive them. i suggest downloading the demo for the first one to see how it plays.
    not sure if a demo for part 2 was ever released. story continuity is not a major factor in the games overall story line. so don't really worry about missing out on part 1 and 2.

    I have all the maps uncovered, but I only have one of those achievements. I think the others will be tough. I figured all the missions would have you discover everything. I guess not.

    check your pins at the end of the game, look for the 'winner' pin. also, the VO is different as is the music for winning and losing.
