    Couple of issues with current rewards


    In the Lord of the Rewards I purchased 2 games and a TV episode to complete level 1, an avatar item from the list for $3.99 to complete level 2 and obtained over 5 achievements to complete level 3 all on the same day. I've received the rewards for level
    1 and 3 but not level 2 and 4, and I am a bit worried since it has been over 96 hours.

    Issue 2: In the Forza 7 Sweepstakes, I won a code for the Driver Gear and after redeeming the code, I do not find the gear anywhere in my avatar items. Am I overlooking something, is the gear under a different title other than "Driver Gear"?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Yeah same problems here. I think its the same for everyone. However apart from general discussion this is not the right place to report any bugs or issues. There is a forum on

    Battlelog     for reporting bugs and leaving general feedback. I also don't get the flashing screen, its like someone is taking my photo LOL.

    couple of issues

    When my ADS goes out, I just do a quick swipe with my knife and it seems to be ok. I too have issues with the sprint. Either that, or my controller is getting wore out. Which I wouldn't doubt either. It might be about time to get some new stock in.

    Support will post back about your first issue, but the drivatar gear is for use in the game itself, not your avatar.

    Descenders reward quest is not working, I made it to the finish skull boss and picked finish and received no credit in game pass app

    There is a current known issue with rewards coming through and not being updated. Please be patient and see if the rewards are updated in the coming days. I believe some of this has to do with system overload - lots of people playing games with the current
    global situation.

    Please be patient, and if the rewards haven't activated on your account in a couple of days, come back here and post that they still haven't come in and you've waited out a few days.

    Gamerscore has no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash. Neither the Xbox or Microsoft Rewards programs offer that option. There have been a couple of promotions run by Xbox in a couple of countries to convert it cash, but there are currently no
    promotions running.
