    Country setup incorrect


    Trying to make a purchase and the country is set to the wrong country will not allow me to change and therefore can not complete purchase because the billing info will not change to the correct country even though I've set my preferred billing and shipping
    address to the correct country.

    Hey there Emvidasch! I'm not sure what you are referring to with the 30 day comment, but there is no way to change the region of an account, nor is there a way to transfer your current subscription to another account. If you currently connect from Belgium,
    you would need to have a WLID of the same region and then create a new Xbox LIVE Profile. Sorry for the confusion. Please let us know if you have any further questions, thanks!

    Sorry to hear it. The code you posted suggests that you are in an incorrect region for the game to work. Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for?

    Well, your country is not on the list of official Live supported countries.

    www.xbox.com/.../countries

    This means that whichever region you have set up for your account is not only incorrect but that you will not have access to a lot of the live content.

    I would check your power. Chances are if you are supplying the incorrect power to a box from another country it will not turn on. Hope this helps.
