Couldn't redeem diamonds

Discus and support Couldn't redeem diamonds in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I tried to redeem my diamonds and it wouldn't process the order.     Couldn't redeem diamonds


    I tried to redeem my diamonds and it wouldn't process the order. It said hmmm something went wrong, and redirected me here. What do I need to do?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to a large amount of users claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. Our web tam is currently working on resolving this issue. We hope to have this issue resolved shortly.

    Try refreshing the page and try again. It may take a few tries.

    Well i have the same problem and further to that now 250 gems are gone without getting my reward...

    Same here, I have about 950 and tried to claim a free month of game pass and it is not working. Additionally, it says that I only have until the 15th to exchange! Microsoft Support needs to respond to this or give us rewards or something for our remaining
    gems.

    So now ive bought two 5000 rewards cards for 250 gems each and it isn't giving me the rewards but the gems are gone
