Couldn't install any apps on my xbox one S

One more question, should the app already be installed or not? Ive checked insider hub and theres no app yet on my xbox one s it was there when I started it up

I've tried this but on the new Xbox one s the ready to install doesn't show any of my purchased downloaded games that are available on my old Xbox one s.

My xbox one is in energy saving mode & is way faster than any of my 360's.

I fired one of my 360's up a few days ago to upload some stuff to the cloud & couldn't believe how slow it was.

Is her One S enrolled in the Insider Program? She may not be but if the console was pre owned by someone who is in the insider program and the avatar beta app is installed, she will have it.

Xbox One original, Xbox One S and Xbox One X all can install the avatar beta app, it is not console specific. Check the Insider Hub App and enroll if it shows up for your ring.

Yes, The console is up to date.. and yes I've tried install it remotely but same thing

I've tried using game pass app and xbox app to install it, I've tried hard restart, changing language and region, Resetting with keeping games and apps, using another account, but all failed to fix the issue.

My opinion is that somehow the store is mistaken and trying to install the series S/X version in my xbox one console, perhaps there's a bug making the store thinking this is series s and when I try to install the game it realizes that this is not compatible, but won't install the Xbox one version of the game as the store thinks this is series s

But it's just my opinion and most likely I'm wrong
