Cod can't be added due to the Sony aggreement which ms has to honor till 2024 Sony already tried to changed the terms so they didn't have it for free Activision for the exclusion from gamepass that was turned down

MS won't own Activision till October and thats if cma doesn't try and pull a fast one on the CAT

No-one knows why Ms accepted the delay since they were on the verge of winning last month

If a game is not in game pass at this time, it is not in the cloud

NBA frequently hits game pass for a few months every year

WWE 2k22 is a few months from delisting, highly unlikely

Minecraft is not a game you add during a beta, as the constant complaints about the line for Fortnite can attest.

Several AC games are currently on GP and the cloud

call of duty games will most likely not be added until at least 2025, or at least the new ones.
