    Dear Microsoft, Could you guys please make a wireless headset my headset has broke about 5 times and it's

    usually the wire that gets exposed way to easily.

    Can't connect to DHCP server?

    What Make/Model of router do you have? Have you verified what your wireless password is? Do you use a wireless headset with the console, it could be causing wireless interference?

    Wireless headset (Xbox one)

    Why wasn't there a wireless headset with the system instead of this wired one. it 2014 this is old school i feel like a customer rep with this wired one i have to walk around with the controller in my hand and the cord gets caught on things. and don't give
    me that "the kinect is a wireless head set" because that's not what i mean don't get me wrong I like the new kinect but for 500$ you guys could have put a wireless in the box please make wireless headset ASAP.

    You can search online for Xbox One Wireless Headsets, it doesn't have to be made by Xbox.

    Options are out there but they are a little expensive

    Sorry to say that this wont work. You nee a Headset with a cable or a wireless one. For the wireless headset you could use the USB for the charging station.

    Old Xbox 360 Disconnects from Live every 5 minutes compared to New Xbox 360.

    If your channel got changed to something that the wireless headset uses it could clash. You didn't say what model of headset you have but if it's a Turtle Beach X31 move the transmitter as far away from the Xbox 360 console as you can.

    Also make sure your wireless channel is either 1 or 11, that might help.
