I see you're having issues with this screen not recognizing that you're using a profile that has an Xbox Live subscription. Do you have Xbox Live Gold?

So I just had the same exact problem and instead of deleting anything I just had my brother send me a party request. I joined that party, navigating my Xbox away from the annoying password screen, and then just hit the B button until I returned to the dashboard.
Problem solved completely. He could see me as online by the way. I'm not sure if that helped but it was a fact. I appeared online to my friends, then I asked them to invite me to a party. Hope this helps someone else!
